Horrors! I might not be putting on weight but I have lost so much muscle over the last five months because I was so lazy to go to the gym that I am getting fat! Well, I started going back and doing light stuff first as much because I had a bad bout of tennis elbow and couldn't go play tennis. And lucky for me, I managed to lose a bit of weight.
It's still a long way to go but hopefully I can keep it up, flu, injuries, impending move to a new place and all. That's why I'm going to include a weight progress chart in my posts from now on. I hope to be able to dip below 185 lbs before Chinese New Year 2014 (it falls on January 31st.)
